(November 15, 2019, 8:49 pm)I’m not sure as to why anybody would give this store a 1 star rating. Unfortunately, there are customers that are rude and take it out on store employees.
With all of that being said, I have been a loyal customer to Crocs for years. The employees there are just phenomenal - they are so nice and always go above and beyond to help me with whatever I am looking for.
Last time I came in looking for shoes for my 4 year old grandson and the 2 employees working there went above and beyond to help me find his perfect shoes. They even suggested I buy charms - which I did. He loves his shoes!
Also, must I add, the new manager working there is just wonderful- always so nice and so helpful. He does a wonderful job at running the store!
