Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa

Miraval never disappoints. After a very trying 3+ years I returned to celebrate a beautiful woman who has supported me on my healing journey. We both felt cared for and restored after our visit. We did the morning on property hike which is gorgeous and loved our guide Nikki. We each received different spa services that nurtured both our body and our souls. The Mother's Blessing is a beautiful experience and Emilia is very gifted. For anyone experiencing a transition this session helped open some things for me. The lunch on the patio continued our connectedness and our relaxation. We look forward to returning and doing the challenge course.

This place is AMAZING. I was only here for 4 days but it felt like 3 weeks - and not in a bad way either but in a really peaceful good way :) everything was flawless. The food is delicious, fresh, some of the produce is grown on site in their microfarm. The service and staff were some of the friendliest and most attentive people I have ever met. It was truly a life-changing experience altogether and I dream of going back again. A great place to relax, find oneself, enjoy life. There are so many different classes and experiences and activities to enjoy, a welcoming space for all people from all walks of life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something new, fulfilling, peaceful, or replenishing.

The grounds are nice and maintained great, the isolation from the city perfect, and things are pricey but you'll be happy.

This was my first time visiting and I was thoroughly blown away by everything the resort has to offer. The scenery is incredible, the food is top notch, and the relaxation/mindfulness activities are wonderful. I really enjoyed the hiking trails and the fitness center, but the best part had to be the Thai and deep tissue massages that I had. I was also very impressed by the quality of the shuttle service to the resort and back to the airport. Scott is an incredibly nice guy and we had a great conversation during the ride back to the airport, which made the entire drive fly by with ease. Overall, this was a very relaxing, stress free trip with everything handled by Miraval, and I highly recommend visiting if you have a chance.

The service, activities, food and experiences are magical. Me and my friends come every year. This year the staff was especially helpful. I had an issue with my room and they went over and beyond to accommodate me. Vanessa and Alexis were so sweet during the process and made sure we were all taken care of and happy with our stay. They are so positive, caring and hospitable. 💗 Can’t wait for next years trip.
