Josh recently helped me sell a parcel of property. He worked hard to get the sell even though I presented a fairly tough problem, since I was selling in a soft market. He was most importantly incredibly pleasant to work with. He was always honest and gave great advice, but he was very patient with me and never condescending, in contrast to some of my other experiences with realtors. I really felt like I was treated as a friend and not just a client.
