I have an 11 year old car, I thought the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. I took it to these guys, they determined I didn't even need a new belt, that it just needed to be adjusted, which they did, at NO CHARGE! Who does that in todays world? I figured I would have been charged at least the basic hourly rate, even if it only took 10 minutes. That little bit of good will went a long way with me, if and when I have any mechanical problem in the future, these are my go to guys! Thanks very much.
