Let me relate a recent example of the value of their dedication to service. On a recent trip to Europe, we were stranded in Basel, Switzerland
when the second part of our train trip was suddenly cancelled by the tour company. This was due to restrictive travel requirements of
countries we would have been travelling through and other train travelers cancelling.

Through the actions of the Bon Voyage travel team, they were able to coordinate our return air passage with the tour company. This may
seem as a "No Big Deal" but let me explain. We live in Arizona as does our Bon Voyage travel team. The tour company is based on the East Coast. Now consider the
time differences between Europe and Arizona (9 Hrs.) and Arizona to the East Coast (3 hrs.). That's our point about the complexity of making
the changes and the level of service they provided to my wife and I. We highly recommend Bon Voyage and Donna Nelson for your travel needs.
