(August 23, 2020, 12:55 pm)I had so much fun here! I did a 6pm Gi class, and a Sunday 10am open mat and had the best time! I love the way Ramsey designs his lessons, where he starts with 1 elementary technique, then builds off it through each class and through the whole week. I need this repitition for information retention, I seriously don't learn without it. The open mat was so fun! As a smaller woman I get really nervous about open mats, but everyone was so welcoming, and I had some of the best rolls ever. Seriously so much fun, and I learned so much!
Thanks guys for having me! I can't wait to come back.
