Via Elegante Assisted Living Tucson Foothills

I am typing this for my Mom, pictured here. She will be 94 in July. We moved her into Via Elegante The Highlands, Sierra Vista, AZ in July last year. She told me today she is happy we found a nice place for her to live. Her staff are caring and professional. Everyone from Mariah and Linda at the front desk, Myranda, Veronica, Kevin and all the nursing staff are attentive to her personal needs. Thank you, Andrew, Zach and Angela, for your assistance when it is most needed.

Via Elegante is the BEST assisted living place in Tucson! My mom was so well cared for, it was such a great experience. The care givers at Via Elegante are angels!

The caregivers are top notch. They are gentle, kind and loving to the residents no matter the situation. The facility is exceptionally clean and the caregivers are welcoming to all who enter. It's obvious they enjoy what they do. My mother was there declining for a year and they treated her with great care, love and affection. I would think of no other than Via Elegante' if I need an Assisted Living facility in the future.

Via Elegante is simply amazing. The community director, Ken, has been a pleasure to work with. He takes pride in the quality and level of care that is provided to the residents. Ken did an excellent job in providing an overview of the facility, the operations and staff. He is incredibly responsive and goes the extra mile to help out. Ken has made a very difficult situation as simple as possible.

The facility itself is just lovely - nestled in the mountains with some of the most beautiful views in all of Tucson. It is clean and well kept. It almost seems like an elegant bed and breakfast.

I am confident in the level of care that my loved one will receive as part of the Via Elegante family.

my 98 year old mother moved to the galleria house about 3 months ago and was very upset about having to leave her home. now she loves the galleria and all the caregivers. they take such good care of her and are kind and gentle with her. she has some low level dementia and they know exactly how to treat her. the home itself is absolutely beautiful, open, airy, and clean. her room is lovely and i was encouraged to bring all her pictures furniture and personal effects to make it feel like home. Ken the director even went to her old house with his truck and brought her special chair over.
i am always made to feel welcome 24/7.
i cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place
