He politely listens to your individual sob story, then recommends the product most likely able to acheive the results you are looking for (a Zoloft replacement, sorry Big Pharma) at a very reasonable price. I was just in there to buy CBD oil for my doggo who has seizures. Crystal who normally works the sierra vista store was working and super amazing! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products and what I needed. She was really welcoming and made it an overall 10 out of 10 experience. Definitely will be returning!
