I had a large wasp’s nest in my range hood and at least 10 wasps in my kitchen over the last two days. In a panic I called several companies and was told that it could be a week or more before anyone would be available. I called Bee Master and spoke with Christian. He understood the urgency and was at my home within the hour. He was extremely professional and friendly. He removed the nest and installed a small gauge screen over the vent pipe to prevent future infestation. Christian couldn’t possibly have done a better job! I’m so grateful and highly recommend Bee Master!

This company demonstrated professionalism from the first phone call until the last service provided. We had called several companies regarding what appeared to be a small cluster of bees surrounding a section in our roof, and they were the only company that wasn't in a rush to take our money.

When we determined that the small cluster was a problem that required immediate action, they were quick to schedule a technician and provide a 30-minute call before arrival. The initial Kill and Seal was effective, and when the technician noticed honeycomb in the treated area, he wasn't pushy or insistent on fixing it right then and there.

They eventually did come out upon our request, and they did a fantastic job. If you ever need bee removal, this company and their staff are fantastic!

Steve is polite and professional. He responded quickly to my need for wasp removal and improved the screening over their access points. I'm confident that I won't be bothered by wasps any more.
