Iron Horse Motorcycles

I had a great experience with this dealership. I was in the market for a new GSA. There were none left in the state in which I live. As I began to look throughout the country, I found one at Iron Horse, and three others I sent inquiries. Jim responded to my inquiry within hours, and we exchanged messages throughout the weekend and on a holiday. Even though this motorcycle wasn’t the closest, I appreciated Jim’s efforts, willingness to answer my questions, and deal with my particular situation (buying a replacement for a totaled bike, coordinating timing with insurance, etc.). Jim was very easy to work with, straight-forward, and delivered on his commitments. The purchase/paperwork experience also went smooth. Jim took the time to explain all documents, options, and thoroughly went through the bike. I have no suggestions for improvement, and appreciate the easy experience.

Purchased a bike from a gent here who went leaps and bounds above and beyond to facilitate me buying a motorcycle. There was also no jerking around, the price was final as advertised, and the bike was exactly as described. If google had the ability I would give 12/10 stars.

Popped in on a road trip for a new rear tire, they had what I was looking for in stock, and at a very competitive price. Back on the road in less than an hour with no appointment. Thanks James and crew at Iron Horse Cycles for great service. Thanks for helping me out on my cross country moto trip!

Nice dealership although it needs some upgrading on the premises but service rep and salesman were awesome. Definitely I will.do business with them again in the very near future as soon as I rack em miles... Go see em I bet you'll be glad you did...
