I really like that I see people at various stages of experience and yet everyone is very encouraging. The trainers are great! They are patient and take care to provide helpful feedback. The overall positive atmosphere of this gym has definitely helped keep me motivated.

(August 28, 2019, 8:44 pm)I have been going to CrossFit Lanista for a little over 2 years now and I absolutely love it! The coaches are excellent and are helpful both during and outside of class. They are supportive and want to see all of their athletes succeed. The owners are great people and are very active members among their CrossFit gym community showing that they truly care for each and every one of us. The members are welcoming to anyone that walks in the door and it puts a smile on my face every time. I look for a welcoming crowd at other CrossFit gyms that I visit when out of town and no gym shines as bright as CrossFit Lanista and I am proud that I have the opportunity to be a member here.

The trainers and fellow athletes will keep you coming back for more because they offer the best support and push you to your limits. I’ve been coming here for a about a year and a half and have fallen in love with the sport. I’m still learning new things every day and have gotten the best results of my life. You won’t go back to a regular gym after you try CrossFit. :)

(June 16, 2018, 1:31 pm)My family and I are moving cross country from GA to San Diego and stopped in Tucson, in our camper, for a couple of days. I found Crossfit Lanista close by the campground and went it for a Saturday partner WOD. Everyone was super nice and very welcoming! I highly recommend the gym if you want a good workout, friendly group, and nice facility!
