(July 14, 2020, 2:04 pm)The park has been newly paved and is in the process of being completely rehabbed. If you haven't been by lately stop in and check out the transformation The apartments have been remodeled, new kitchens, granite counter tops, new appliances, new AC/Heat, new bathrooms and new flooring.
The new owners have replaced several homes and removed several of the older homes. There are homes available to rent to own.

The owners are fair and appreciate our Veterans (as one), more businesses, could learn by the examples of the owners of The Palms Mobile Park. Like our homes, a little DIY, reflects our personality. We look forward to being a resident. Thank You.
