Great place for service. Brought my daughter bike in for service and repair. They did it fast and with knowledge.

Great looking store, well stocked accessories, but first guy that helped us was a young looking teen who seemed to not want to even be there, my wife was willing to get a bike out of two that might've worked for her height, but it was almost as if he wanted to walk himself out of the sale. Second gentleman that engaged us in conversation was friendlier, but kept calling full suspension bikes "squishy" bikes... 😏🥃

We didn’t go to the store but someone from the store stopped and helped us with a puncture. We had struggled for 45 minutes to get the tire over the tube. He stopped unprompted to help us. In a couple minutes we were ready to go again. Amazingly nice. Super helpful. If we ever need to look for a shop it is just amazing to help good people who go out of the way to help other cyclists. I can’t say enough nice things

Simply stellar. Really!. I loaded up my old mountain bike which had been in storage 15+ years and took it to Ben's for badly needed attention. I received solid advice on what had to be done and a few vital component upgrades. The result? Wow! My bike was ready to go a day or two later and it is beautiful! Clean. Safe. Smooth as greased lightening. No more clickity-clack. Quality components. Superb workmanship. Fair and affordable price. And on top of all this, I helped support a beautiful home grown local business. Go Ben's Bikes !!!!!

This bike shop is the best in Tucson. I dropped off a bike to get checked out before a camping trip. As I was loading my bikes on my car they helped me with my bike rake and ensuring that everything was loaded right and would not fall off during the trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your help and knowledge.
