If you're traveling through Tucson on I10 and near the Houghton or Kolb exits, he's located close by and would be the one to call over the big box places to get back on the road fast. The location in Google Maps is a parking lot in Rita Ranch, but there's a gas station, grocery store, and auto parts store right there... And I bet Rick could meet your vehicle there if you're in a bind.”

The staff is always super fun and easy to talk to. They do a great job with training their employees to talk to guests. I always feel great getting my coffee here. The drinks are always pretty consistent too, whereas Starbucks is a hit or miss.”

“I recently moved to Arizona, and my car started dumping radiator fluid a couple days ago. Not knowing a soul here to ask for a mechanic recommendation, I searched for somewhere local, and I noticed that this place had an insane amount of five-star reviews (pretty rare for a car repair shop!!!) so I dropped my car off in the middle of the night. They have a secure key drop. The very next morning, I received a phone call from Bill; he was super kind and upfront. He promised my car to be repaired by the following afternoon. Later that evening, Bill called again to inform me that they got it done early. Such awesome news when you're without a vehicle! I got down there and he was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. He explained exactly what had happened, how they repaired it, and the estimate I had gotten earlier that day was exactly the cost. I had a really great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer, as well as recommend this place to everyone.”

“Where to begin? I found Hamilton's through an online ad. John was super personable from the first text message. I'd like to preface this review by stating that I understand what people usually mean when they say they have a good experience somewhere. This place is just so far above and beyond that description it deserves noting. Anyway, I purchased a car from Hamilton's and was just extremely surprised by how I was treated. John presented me the keys and really let me get to know the vehicle before I decided to commit. I was so extremely surprised to find that what John presented in the ad is precisely what I found when I got there. It turned out to be a really REALLY extremely fair deal. A rock solid vehicle for a very attractive price. He took care of all of the paperwork and man.. I was just so surprised to be treated with so much respect in a car deal. Ridiculous amounts of like... Respect and low pressure. You've just gotta come meet the guys, you will only understand what I mean if you meet em. Hard working, skilled and HONEST. Not an ounce of bs in the shop. I left this shop confused at just how well I was treated, before I knew It I had the keys to my new vehicle and everything was just done, easy and friendly. You just don't find places like this these days. If I could rate Higher I would. They've earned a customer for life. Just a superb experience through and through and my God, What a DEAL.
