(July 8, 2020, 7:39 pm)After living in this Park for seven years, we decided to purchase another home, which is also in the Park. The Sales Agent, Barbi, was very instrumental in assisting us with this process, and I truly appreciated her availability and how quickly she responded whenever I had any questions and/or concerns. I also appreciated Barbi's calm demeanor and professionalism, which helped me during my moments of "chomping at the bit" when I felt that the process was not progressing as quickly (it's that "instant gratification" thing), as I wanted it to progress.
If you're looking for a place to live, RCMHP is a lovely community with a professional Sales Staff and friendly, proficient Office Managers. You will definitely feel welcomed and happy to call this Park "Home, sweet home."
(June 6, 2020, 4:58 pm)A family member lives here, so I visit fairly often. It is a beautiful neighborhood. The homes all seem to be well kept and there is a lot of variety of how they are decorated and landscaped. The club house is very nice to. There is a beautiful central "boulevard" as well. This is a gated community with an actual human at the gate rather than a keypad. They are pretty strict about who gets in. That gives folks a bit more security.
