It must me understood that Brad Lamont is not my client which concerns a court case, My client had instructed me not to speak with anyone concerning the appraisal assignment. An appraiser must not disclose the results of an appraisal to anyone other than their client without permission from that client. As an appraiser I act as a disinterested third party and provide an unbiased opinion of real estate property value to my clients. It must be understood that I could not answer Mr. Lamont's questions and that I am sorry that he feels ill will towards me. Lastly, my cell phone dropped the call at the end of my conversation with Mr. Lamont. I have been in this business for over 20 years and do not intentionally hang up on people during a phone conversation.
