  This place is amazing! Everyone is really friendly, and as a first timer, everyone was welcoming and the trainer made sure we were safe and showing modifications if needed. Staff was super friendly and the workouts are fun AND challenging. The community here is supportive & friendly. Staff is motivating. If you are looking for a clean, non-intimidating, supportive community gym, good trainers, this is it!

  By far one of the best gyms I’ve gone to. I just completed my 6 week challenge and lost 6.7% body fat! They provide a meal plan along with supplements (that you have to purchase yourself) that help better your chance of losing that weight as well as tone! It has been one of the best experiences joining the challenge because I have been pushed to better myself. The trainers are so involved and actually care about your progress. The workouts are intense but if you love a challenge then this is definitely for you.

  Psychosomatic Transformation was the best thing I could've been dragged into lol! Thanks to my girl for bringing me along to her intro session and leading the way helping me break the record and lose over 46 pounds in six short but intense weeks! The trainers Hector and Scotty at the south location were wonderful helping me adjust workouts to fit my injuries and helping me get the most out of the program answering questions and providing expert advice weighing in on so many topics. I'm back on the road to success and I plan on continuing the lifetime commitment thanks to the wonderful jumpstart provided by the team at Psychosomatic Transformation! Stick to the program, follow the diet and anyone can succeed and achieve amazing results!!

  I started my journey with psychosomatic transformation in January 8, 2017. It's been a wonderful experience for me. I started the 6 week challenge worried if I would be able to finish and actually loose the 20 pound. I am grateful I apply and started the challenge. I started to see results with in the first week. Today I am down -21.8 pounds and feel amazing. I really loved the workouts, they are never the same. The trainers and staff are awesome. They will push, encourage and motivate you. My biggest challenge was the food plan and getting over all the food cravings. I always remember my "Why" and stayed positive In order to keep going. I highly recommend psychosomatic transformation for anyone who is ready to see real results. This program is amazing.

  Taking the leap and joining Psychosomatic has been one of the best decisions of my life! I have always struggled with weight loss and participating in the 6-Week 20Lb Challenge truly helped me lose weight, but more importantly, it changed my mind and attitude toward my body. I didn't realize how focused I was on losing weight and being "thin" until I joined and actually started becoming "fit." Now I want to be STRONG not SKINNY! The trainers are amazing and hands down one of the biggest reasons I have now joined their gym after completing the challenge. They are there to not only guide you through the workouts, but also are wonderful in answering questions about anything (workouts, health, nutrition, etc.). They are truly coaches and want to see you succeed! The gym environment is awesome - everything is done with body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. - not like any other gym that is filled with machines and no clue how to use them.
  
  The past 6-7 weeks have been truly a transformation and I recommend this program, these trainers, this gym to anyone looking to change their thinking, become stronger, have fun, and gain a positive and healthy outlook on themselves and their lives, regardless of whether they need to lose weight or not. Because of this program I not only lost weight, I now have gained more self-respect, confidence, muscle tone, love and appreciation of my body and mind, and a drive to continue challenging myself. I now know I am worth more than a number on a scale and I look forward to the rest of my healthy life! Put aside all your fears and excuses, and just do it - you are worth it!
