(June 3, 2021, 3:57 pm)Rates are good. Megan was awesome and very helpful. I had a situation that I needed help with, and she was extremely understanding and accommodating. Drove my RV from Columbus to their plain city location and probably passed 4 places just to rent from them. Thanks again Megan!!! Oh and the Bluetooth door entry was amazing
(February 17, 2021, 10:54 am)We rent 2 units from them at 2 different facilities. We had some issues with communication at first, however, that was addressed with a change is management and is no longer an issue. Units are clean and easy to get to. Locks are provided. I am knocking off 1 star due to access issues in the winter due to lack of plowing at this location. Dave said they are working on addressing this on the main areas if possible. Will update review if this is found to be addressed.
(February 1, 2021, 10:30 pm)Was easy to pick the size unit I needed. The lease is online. I leased via the website on a weekend and was contacted on Monday morning for a bit of additional information and to explain accessing my unit. Dave was friendly and professional. I highly recommend!!!
(September 5, 2020, 11:28 am)Tri- Village was very friendly to deal with on setting up storage for our RV. Damon is the site manager and was great to deal with for setting up the access and describing where to go to find out spot! I feel confident our property is safe and secure.
(June 29, 2020, 11:38 am)We've been customers of Tri-Village, Plain City, for 7 years. Over the last year, new managment has done a superior job of expanding and adding new storage areas. They have also expanded their camper/RV/trailer areas and added blacktop which has improved the looks. The new easy to use access gate has been a welcoming addition as well. Thank you Damon for bringing this facility up to date! We love the improvements!
(May 19, 2020, 3:07 pm)Scheduling an appointment at National eye and ear was quick and efficient. The staff there is friendly and courteous and seem to be very competent in their work. Doctor Reichardt did a comprehensive eye exam and was very informative in her discussion with me pertaining to my eye health.

(March 24, 2020, 3:19 pm)What a wonderful experience it was to go to National eye and ear. This Clinic was suggested as the number one eye place to go to by my insurance because they also participate in the Premier program which gave me an additional $50 towards my glasses. Not only was the eye doctor unbelievably kind and well knowledged but her staff was just the same. I've never had such an easier time picking out glasses for myself. There is an associate there who helps you pick your glasses from beginning to end. All the colors you want, by the shape of your face, all you have to do is sit down and try on. It was great I would choose this place over Visionworks or anywhere else any day. We will definitely be going back.
