The maintenance team here is great. My daughter lives here and they are always really helpful and fast. It is good to know that her apartment is in good hands.

My daughter and I recently toured the verge and chestnut place for next year and it was great! The office staff were really nice, and the property was very pretty. I even saw my tour guide interact with a bunch of different residents on the tour, so they must really interact with their residents. We definitely joined their waitlist :)

I just signed a lease for August 2022 and cannot wait to move in!! The in-person tour was amazing and I feel in love with the place. They were so helpful in the leasing process as well as getting me in touch with my new roommates as soon as possible. Would recommend 10/10.

I have been here for almost a year now and have absolutely loved it. Not gonna lie- I wish I heard about this place sooner. All the staff and management are amazing and super helpful. Truly love staying here!!

Literally does not get better than this place! They have awesome events every month, the apartment comes fully furnished and was SO clean when I moved in. It's also directly across from campus making it easy to get to classes. Maintenance team is awesome!

The dental assistant Fabian and the Doc gave me one of the most pleasurable visits ever. Especially with a tooth that needed to be pulled out. Very friendly staff and covid 19 safe. I will reschedule a cleaning here again and again. Thanks. Best in town

Great service

Professional knowledgeable staff (administration, x-ray techs, DDS). Clean, modern, and friendly environment. This is my new DDS and place for dental care/maintenance. If you do not have dental insurance, they work to reduce their fees. I would consider this a world class organization. Excellence in every area.
