(June 9, 2020, 11:49 pm)HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Frank responded to our call he was personable, took the time to educate us on a few options for our repair and actually advised the "easy fix" for now. We have an older home with galvanized and copper plumbing that we really need to give some attention to, but thanks to Frank, we can start planning for it now rather than being "upsold through scare tactics" to do something immediately. Whomever the owner is, he/she should be extremely proud of have Frank representing your company. Because of that, he just guarented your company all our future business as well as recommendations to friends. I keep my Google reviews updated, so I will continue to post as we have additional work completed.

(February 19, 2020, 11:28 pm)I called Rooter Ranger when my plumbing had been acting up, I’ve heard many good reviews about them from friends and family, as well as some colleagues of mine. And as soon as I picked up and called Ranger, Joshua V. answered right away. He was quick and polite, understanding that I needed help right away, after this understanding call he speedily came to my house where he continued asking me more questions to understand my situation further. After this he checked out the plumbing problem and walked through with me everything I needed. For the first time talking with a plumber it was like I was actually being listened to! I appreciated Joshua V. and all his hard work. HIGHLY recommend Rooter Ranger!
(January 28, 2020, 8:08 pm)The team of Frank, Josh and Luis were great. Provided great information and suggestions. Finished work in a very difficult home. Worked with us and our dogs. Very professional but friendly as well. Jim was a great resource and helpful in making decisions. Will use again and highly recommend them to friends and family.
