I truly believe that this has been one of the best experiences I've had with an eye doctor. Dr. Cheung is very knowledgeable and professional. I wish I could say the same for the front staff. Besides the younger lady there making it an easy experience, the older lady, Sherri I believe, was rude to the people there and to the younger attendant because of fear of this virus. She needs to understand that while she might be afraid, being rude is not a way to go by it. She mentioned the CDC various times, but I am sure she is just going by what the media says and not doing proper research. She needs to take a chill pill before losing it on others. Thank you for your help...and thank God this lady was not the one who helped me.
This was the most informative eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Cheung was able to answer all my questions and concerns, when other doctors had no answers. I am very impressed with the staff, Sherry was great, very kind and ever so helpful. I am going to refer all my friends and family to see, for themselves, what a remarkable experience I had. Sherri is absolutely amazing, going WAY past the call of duty to get me seen ASAP as my glasses have broke and I have no backup. Because of my experience with her, I will be a customer for life

Dr. Cheung was very professional and helpful. I have been wearing prescription lenses for as long as I can remember and have been told I have a slight astigmatism but shouldn't worry about it because it wouldn't effect my vision. Dr. Cheung is the first doctor to have me try on lenses meant for astigmatisms and compare the difference in my vision with traditional lenses. For the first time in ever, I can see clearly with contact lenses. This was something entirely new to me as I thought it was normal to have slightly blurred vision with contacts. The manager was also extremely helpful and kind. She made me feel comfortable and worked with me on costs that were in my budget without sacrificing style for my frames! I dont want to go back to another optometrist after my very first and amazing experience here!
