(February 12, 2020, 4:52 pm)Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, after almost 3 hours I left with a vehicle that did not run as well when I drove in. Took it back for them to look at and they thought it was okay. Definitely not the same. Lost performance somehow. Even sounds different. Now what??? P.S. No to in bathroom, etc. Not sure how they have received a 4+ rating. I could go on.
UPDATE: I responded to their response below and they did in fact work with me to make things right. Happy they responded as they did because I have enjoyed doing business with Big O across the country.
