My best dining experience in Arizona, thus far! We did the 8 course tasting menu and we are thoroughly satisfied and STUFFED! It was far more than we bargained for. Wasn't expecting to have garum included in my meal. That was a super pleasant treat and blast from my Latin class past. I assure their version was far superior to the garum we made and tried on a dare for extra credit. Anyway, I'll be back for the raspberry cheese cake, loved the lemon!

Best deal for prime rib in Pima county. Wednesday's night's $25. For one executive chef to another. They are not making profit off the special. They keep the quality to bring in the people for an amazing deal. But make the money on the drinks and gambling. Atleast your not losing at both tables!

Called in advance for a special event dinner. Ryan Clark put together an amazing chef's table menu for us. Every dish was unique, primarily locally sourced, used some amazing cooking techniques and professionally presented. The food was great, they selected great wine and champagne and had nice bourbon. The rest of the team was attentive, friendly but not overbearing. The dinner exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend.
