After several delays and mishaps with a separate delivery arrangement service, Swanson’s took responsibility and took time to explain what happened. Doreen was impressively responsive during the height of a busy holiday season. The delivery drivers were friendly and extremely helpful. So happy we finally received our furniture.

The Swanson family has helped us move from Tucson to Salt Lake City and then all the way to Virginia and back to Prescott. Today, they arrived on time (as they always do) and politely helped us move furniture and sculptures to a new place. They are always respectful of both us and our belongings. If there were six stars, I'd add another one for them. I highly recommend them!

Everything they said they were going to do, they did. Provided a ton of wardrobe boxes which saved us a lot of $$. They were very accommodating. We needed them to store our belongings for a day, giving us an extra day to get to our destination. That was a life saver.
Much less expensive than other well known movers. Our furniture was the only furniture on their truck. And not one piece of furniture was damaged. Thanks Rick!
