“I like this store. I have had good experience with management and the sales associates. I live in rural Tucson and this is my closest store. I am a reseller so I shop there often. If you go early and really take your time you can find treasures. I also drop off donations and have had great experience there. However I am deducting a star because I have also had bad experiences at donation. Today I tried to drop off a beautiful antique dresser with a mirror. Apparently they have a policy to not take dressers with detached mirrors. I had to go to the Irvington store and they were happy to have it.”

Don't ask them what any of the meals are because they will look at you lost and just throw anything in a container and charge you for it. They really need to be trained”

At first I was surprised by the expense to clean these rugs, but upon their return home, it was absolutely clear to us why we paid such prices for cleaning. They were sparkling clean, fresh and so colorful. Over the years, they had become soiled and dingy, really needed it. Some of the rugs were wool and some silk. They all came out beautifully! “I'm so thankful for everyone at The Watermark. As soon as I walked in for my tour I was blown away by the atmosphere: immaculately clean surroundings, friendly staff interacting with residents (by name), and happy people everywhere! So many residents were socializing, lounging, or taking advantage of amenities, which are plentiful. There is plenty of room to roam, but the facility isn't so big that it's overwhelming. The food is excellent, and meal times are flexible. There's always snacks out, too! Thoughtful little touches like that make it feel more like home. Leslie was instrumental in helping us over some unforseen hurdles and making sure my dad had a safe place to go after he was released from skilled nursing. During move-in, Tony was there to help with everything, including entertaining my kids while I set up my dad's room. He's even available to help my dad with his phone and occasional tech issues. Marisol has been so helpful and communicative in working out issues with my dad's meds and care plan. The whole staff is kind, supportive, and watchful. I whole-heartedly recommend The Watermark for assisted living. I can rest much easier knowing that he's in a safe place getting assistance from people who actually care and interact with him daily.”
