Can’t wait until they finish remodeling the club house! ♥️ I find very charming the view (last pic with the rainbow). We love living here. We’ve just asked for maintenance a couple of times, once they came the same day, the next time they came the next day. We enjoy a lot the fire pit, walking around. We also love spending time at the Ramada while making burgers. It’s a beautiful place to live in. Really recommend it. The only thing I’m not so fond off is: it’s supposed to be a smoke free residential area but my stubborn neighbor keeps sneaking out and smoking next to our bedroom so the stink gets in. She has her febreeze outside to spray, like if I was stupid and couldn’t tell she’s smoking, though I’ve asked her multiple times not to smoke near my bedroom, she keeps ignoring me. Everything else is great ♥️🦋”
