If you were not told more about your procedure or tests being ran it's because you didnt do your homework for your part. “I am a breast cancer survivor and I completely recommend Dr. Kelly Favre!!!! I was diagnosed with breast cancer after a lengthy battle with the medical system, and some so called medical professionals in Sierra Vista. When my diagnosis was confirmed I began looking for a surgeon. the positive reviews I read about Dr. Kelly Favre inspired me to request her professionalism and expertise in my unusual case. “I was happy to be recommended to Dr. Johnson by a close friend. I was going overseas and needed to walk. I had already gone to another "Ortho" doctor for my torn meniscus. But she sent me for PT and then agreed to give me a cortisone shot. But she gave me the shot in the opposite area of where the torn meniscus was. It wasn't getting better so I contacted Dr. Johnson in desperation. His staff was extremely pleasant and professional.They did everything to get me into see him before my trip so he can do his consult and then treat me if needed. Dr. Johnson saved the day. I was able to walk with no issues for my trip. He is a great doctor and a pleasant person. He treats you with respect and also makes sure he treats the issue at hand with BEST results. He gave me a cortisone shot in the ACTUAL AREA OF PAIN. It worked within 1 week so I was great by the time I got to Europe. I would highly recommend him.”

“Doctor Funk saved my life! For five months, I knew that something was really wrong. I was having symptoms of colorectal cancer and was told that I had Hemorrhoids, a hematoma and other things by SEVEN other doctors. I was hospitalized twice and even then I was told that I would be fine. That wasn’t the case. I was finally blessed enough to have Doctor Funk as my primary care physician. She looked at what had been going on for the last five months and told me that I needed an MRI immediately. I was in excruciating pain at this time. She saw that something wasn’t right and put me on a fast track. I had my MRI the next day. She called me within two hours and told me that I had stage 3 colorectal cancer. My tumor was 10 cm by 71/2 cm. I had a 97% blockage. She was kind and compassionate. She got me in to see a colorectal surgeon immediately. By this time I was shaking uncontrollably because of the blockage. I met with Dr Corning on Monday and had my surgery Wednesday. There’s too much to write here, however, after seven, yes SEVEN other doctors misdiagnosed me, she knew instinctively what was wrong. Doctor Funk not only got it right and got me into the correct treatment, she cared! She’s down to earth, easy to speak with and she’s good at what she does. Dr. Funk knows what she’s doing.
