Dr. Coles placed my IV quickly and painless. Aracely placed my nasal cannula and Lissa did my intake question. “As the son of a retired MD, I am very selective and unapologetically demanding when it comes to my doctors. I have found Dr. Allen to be one of the best doctors I have ever been seen by. She is very empathetic and she takes the time to explain everything in detail. Most doctors in this country make me feel like they’re rushing me out the door, but she’s never made me feel that way. I’m not sure if she changed Medical Assistants since some of these other reviews; but I’ve only ever spoken with Carmen and she has been caring, quick and thorough. She’s also responded to my voicemails in a timely manner. Their scheduling department could be a bit better. I had to call them when I first got my referral instead of them calling me, which was slightly irritating; but she uses the same department as the entire practice, so I can’t really blame her.”
