(December 3, 2021, 2:56 am)Where to begin... I met Jonathan through a mutual friend. I was morbidly obese and it was time for a change. He provides you with the guidance and tools to be successful. I am down 100 pounds in 14+ months. The pictures speak for themselves. If you want a trainer/coach that doesn't hold back, you've gotta work with Jonathan.
(November 28, 2021, 6:34 pm)Training here for the short time i did, about 2 months, my lifts went up insanely high, Got more accomplished in my lifts perfecting form, and increasing my strength like crazy, training with Jonathon for those 2 months my lifts have still increased doing workouts by myself and using what Jonathon taught me. A+++
