Mountain View Lutheran Church

Love my church home, and have for over 20 years!

My father, Albert Gigstad, attended this church for the 33 years he enjoyed coming to Apache Junction during the winter. This year is the first year he has stayed at home in northeast Kansas all winter. He misses his church friends from Mountain View Lutheran and from their bible study at Gold Canyon. He has seen the church grow tremendously over the years, and would enjoy visiting with church friends who contact him via Facebook. Blessings on Mountain View’s continued ministry.

Solid LCMS congregation that is well attended by snow birds,( 250-300 for all 3 services) 3 good pastors, alot of things for people to get involved with if they want to, senior pastor leads a hiking group every Monday morning, some long(12 miles) and some are quite short. They had 2 adult baptisms last week, good church. ⛪

We go each Sunday to the classic service. This is a fun and learning experience. The dances at the Family Center on Monday afternoons are wonderful. They offer much in so many areas.

Just fell in love with this church, the people make the church and all that I've met have been warm ,welcoming, and friendly. The services are on point with our current events with a few fun twists. The ministry also offers a host of opportunities for involvement at your level of interest. Come for the view ,stay with God.
