Heavens Urgent Care

Well, I pick a good day to get sick and went to see the doctor for a remedy. Only one other couple was waiting in the lobby. Fill out some paper work and verified my insurance. Told to take a seat and I wanted for about ten minutes and was called to get vital taken care of. Doctor came in about five minutes later and off to the races we went. the doctor generally cared for my well-being, and I believe he prescribed medication and treatment for me that will work. He also gave me tips on what to do at home to get better faster. The doctor was very professional and would enjoy having him take care of me again, thank you I appreciate a good visit.

Had a slight mishap this morning that just would not quit bleeding. My wife thought it best if I have it looked at. We remember seeing an Urgent Care next to Fry’s (in AJ) which is reasonably close to our location. We called an explained what happened and was told the wait should not be to long. When I arrived I was immediately taken to a room where Nurse Joelle started cleaning it up right away. She advised that FNP Mark would be in momentarily. Mark came in, in short time, assessed the injury and laid out what needed to be done. Mark cleaned it up, numbed it up and stitched up all in short time. Mark & Joelle both have years of knowledge behind them that younger folks may not have. These two are experienced professionals with great personalities and enjoyable bedside manors. (A Hoot to say the least). In closing; if you are lucky enough to have these two on duty your visit will be first class. They are kind, understanding, courteous professionals. I don’t want to leave out their back office assistant, Mimi. See rounds out the trio. Great job, many thanks to all.

Doctor Mark was very caring and thorough about examining us and making suggestions to help us feel better. He called our prescriptions in for us.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I will go back if I need any more medical help while I’m in this area.
The place was clean and neat.

This was my first visit and I am extremely happy with the service and care that I received. I was able to make an appointment within 30 minutes of deciding I needed to go and I was able to complete my paperwork and submit my insurance information prior to going. This made my appointment go smoothly and quickly. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. I hope that I don't need fast medical care again but, if I do, I will return to this urgent care.

I’ve never walked into an urgent care and felt a sense of relief. Everyone was amazing and super nice, Tammy, Joelle & Mr. Mark Bonin. The medical assistant Joelle made my 6 yr old feel very comfortable and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. The provider Mr. Bonin’s bed side manner was so lovely. He is an amazing doctor! Thank you for the great experience! 10/10
