I LOVE that this Park has come to be a pleasant experience with solid results. It's a safe and clean park and I call it home 💗

Under new management. They are cleaning up the park.

Great place to stay, I know the mgrs.
The husband and wife team bend over back ward for you.
Water, power, trash, maint, above par.
Great location, Apache Trail not busy after the covid scare.
Any kind of service, be it food, auto, tire, plumbing, hospital, clothing, convenience stores, you name it, is readily accessible..
Side note, the heat is unbearable, I visited from N Idaho and could not acclimate..
But if your looking for dry heat this is the place..

Nice small community. I’ve had zero problems and management has been very helpful and fair.

People are quiet and keep to themselves unless you approach them. Main road very noisy because of bar across the street!

Cons: bathrooms are closed and electric seems a bit high!
