Very clean and great customer service. I gave it 4 stars because the men's section is a quarter of the women's department size. However, it's still a great place to get great clothes at great prices.

The layout of the store was easy to navigate. The store was clean and well stocked. Cashier's were not very friendly; neither greeting customers not saying "tank you" or any other pleasantry.

I genuinely like Ross, but it's hit or miss. Everything has great prices and I love that! Plenty of deals! The last time tho; there was very few choices for shoes.. no Sketchers that I saw anywhere! The household + kitchen, laundry areas where almost bare. I hope they plan to order more inventory from now on. Such a fun store with smokin deals!
