(September 25, 2019, 9:28 pm)I engaged the services of Dana Whiting Law during a particularly difficult time in my life. My father had died. My mother was incapacitated and needed my help. All of this was unexpected and tragic and new. I knew what I needed to accomplish: To settle the estate, to make sure I could care for my Mom, to make sure I didn't make any terrible mistakes due to my inexperience and ignorance of Arizona law.
I picked Dana Whiting because they had a wealth of experience in estate law, and because they had a presence in Pinal county. That turned out to be an excellent decision.
Matt Dana, the senior partner met us in Casa Grande. He asked thoughtful and intelligent questions, and really listened to our concerns. He brought vast experience, and had interesting and imaginative ideas to help us settle the estate and protect our family and our family's assets. He raised issues I would never have even considered, and offered solutions to problems I hadn't even envisioned. After talking to him, it was obvious this was a man I wanted on my team.
Throughout the process, Matt was available for strategy and thoughtful discussion, but our day-to-day concerns were handled by paralegal Bobbi Anderson.
Bobbi was nothing short of amazing. Whenever I had a question (or a bunch of questions), I'd send her an email. Her responses were always quick, thorough and well articulated. Bobbi has a keen legal mind, a wealth of patience, and an amazing work ethic.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the folks I worked with at Dana Whiting. Any time I need legal help in Arizona, these are the people I want on my side.
Losing a loved one is a difficult and emotional time. Knowing you have a talented and experienced team to help you is invaluable. Hiring them was a great decision.
