As a property manager, Lawson Realty did an excellent job finding quality tenants and ensuring our house was well cared for and maintained while under lease for 6+ years. Cheryl's team was easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Management fees and necessary repairs were very affordable. Managing our rental was not something I wanted to deal with on my own. When it came time to sell, the entire process was smooth and easy - from prepping the home, showings and then closing.
