OUTSTANDING customer service! Grey is professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and just very helpful. Went into Mobility Plus to get info on my husbands scooter that quit working. Grey performed battery check and explained to us what he thought was the problem with our scooter. He took his time to explain options to us, cost, and pros and cons of all the new scooters. This place also provides other mobility devices and is willing to help with all your handicap or mobility needs. We ended up buying a new scooter and will certainly go back for any future nescessities.

This place is amazing! The manager was wonderful to us. I came in with my daughter who had lost the handle to her wheelchair's joystick. They didn't have one in stock but he went out back and brought us one that fit. He did this all without charge. Definitely will use this store for our next purchase ❤️

I went with my Mom today to buy a scooter and Gray was so kind and helpful. He explained everything, spoke to my mom, not just me and really made her feel comfortable. Great service.

I have not purchased here yet but my first visit to inquire went extremely well. The salesperson was knowledgable and didn't not pressure me at all. He was honest giving me all prices from low end to high end. I will going over today to begin my purchase process as my husband has PD so we will need a variety of products starting with some handrails and a folding rolling walker. Super friendly non-pushy staff. Rented a Scoter for a day for use at a car show as I have Cancer and have an issue walking any distance but really wanted to see the show. They had a great price, showed me all my available options and explained the differences and had me ready to go in no time at all. Owner is also a Vet and works closely with the Vets to get installations done at no cast to the Vet for shower and bathroom equipment.
They are amazing and great to work with. Highly recommend them for your needs.
