Salt & Sound

Having never been into treatments like infrared or massage, I normally would not seek out a place like Salt & Sound. I went with my wife for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and we had those treatments as a couple. The proprietor (Donna) welcomed us in, and what struck me first was the peaceful and calm environment when we entered. We are new to Casa Grande, and we haven't found it to be full of places with high-end infrared saunas, automated massage chairs, and hyperbaric oxygen chambers. Donna explained everything to us, and then set us up in our separate saunas for the 45 minute sessions. It was glorious! I don't have all of the technical details, but what I do know is that it was an experience that I will definitely be having many more times in the future. After the sauna, we were treated to 20 minute sessions in twin massage chairs, accompanied by fresh brewed herbal tea and sliced fruit. That was a great way to quench the sauna treatment, and the massage helped to remove any remaining kinks. Donna came in and we talked for a long time about various topics of interest, and we thoroughly enjoyed her company. We have already been back for another session, and I see many more in our future. The quality of the hardware that Salt & Sound uses is impressive, the vibes from the owner are strongly good, and everything inside the place of business was clean and attractive. If you are looking for high-end treatments like this, you should consider giving Salt & Sound a try!

My husband and I just had our second infrared & massage chair therapy. This is exactly what Casa Grande needs- an elevated spa experience with healing benefits.
We are now regulars. I’d love to keep this hidden gem to myself- but people need this. Based on years and years of experience….?the prices are incredibly reasonable. Great experience.

Best treatment foot bath Sauna, chair massage friendly kind. I bought essential oils, tea and castor oil. People need to know this place is here in Casa Grande.

I had been looking for a place like Salt & Sound for a while. I was not sure what to expect when I made the appointment but was genuinely surprised at the level of service and attention to detail. I will definitely make them a part of my monthly healing routine 😊

I had a great experience here, took a very deep nap in the salt chamber and the pain I had was gone. I loved the massage chair with orange slices afterwards. I can't wait to come back.
