Notching tools are incredibly accurate, it takes a little bit of practice using tube tracers key is to be gentle but whether you are cutting the notches by hand or using their tools with notcher they come out great. Have even purchased boxes, envelopes, coffee cups, etc that are not normally found in the "tourist" sections of Casa Grande retail stores. The recipients of those cups were ecstatic because of their uniqueness. Think I'll try the Yankee Candles next; but will never go anywhere else in CG but this place. The owner treats you as a loyal family member...and tries to help in any way possible. Can't get that at a UPS store or the USPS. Love it....wished I had tried it years before. And, the location/parking are much better.....for convenience sake.”
