I was lucky enough to have one of Mr. Nelson's chocolate chip cookies today and it was the best cookie I've ever tasted!

By far the best cookie I have ever had! Turns out the vanilla used is from Tahiti!

These are without question the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted. The quality of the ingredients, the mouth feel, the texture, and the chips are all exceptional.

I have been baking for years and have made many a batch of cookies. I was also a test cook for a nationally published cookie cookbook so I feel that I have some semblance of knowledge on this subject. These cookies SO good there has got to be some secret to them.

For anyone that gives Mr.Nelson anything less than 5 stars is someone that either works for a competitor or prefers commercially baked cookies produced in mass quantities.

I consider myself a very picky chocolate chip cookie connoisseur. I've made them myself countless times using so many recipes and alterations. After finally finding a recipe that makes the best ones on the planet, I thought my chocolate chip cookie matches no other.... Well, until I had Mr. Nelson's chocolate chip cookies.

Mr. Nelson's cookies are mind blowingly fantastic. I'm not just hyperbolizing here... They're THAT good. The flavor of the cookie is sugary, chocolatey, with more than just a hint of vanilla. The texture is light, melt-in-your-mouth, with a cavalcade of layered flavors that make you sit back and say, "wow". They are the kind of cookie that stand head and shoulders above any other cookie I've made before, and will ever make in my lifetime, no matter how hard I try.

These cookies are not just a "toss one in your mouth" as you're doing something else.. These cookies are meant to be tasted. These cookies are meant to be experienced. Give them as a gift to someone special. Give them to anybody who you want to impress. They make their own statement.. It's the statement, "I'm the culmination of a talented chef's countless attempts to make a cookie that will make people stop and say, 'wow, this is one of the best cookies I've ever had'"..

Don't hesitate -- buy some. Buy for yourself. Buy for others.. But regardless, you will NOT be disappointed!

I haven't had the opportunity to try one of Mr. Nelson's cookies yet, but I spoke with Mr. Nelson directly today to place an order and received fantastic customer service. Mr. Nelson is personable, accommodating and lovely to chat with. I ordered cookies for a local delivery and he was able to assist quickly and professionally. The next time I am in AZ, this will be a definite stop. Thank you for all your help today, and I can't wait to try a famous cookie.
