Made an appt on the app. Got in 10 minutes early. Everyone super nice, phlebotomist had hands of an angel!! Highly recommend with use of appointment on the app.
I just went in there for covid test and the appointment machine it really wasn't working but the young lady behind the desk she really help me out she's very friendly and courteous and patient along with the guy who gave me my covid test and I got to say I was in and out within not even 15 minutes
Made an appointment for today, came a few minutes late apologized to staff . Staff were very pleasant. Took my lab slip and waited about 15 mins. I have been coming here for 2 years for lab work and the staff have always been professional and respectful. Will continue to have labs at this place. Phlebotomist was able to get my labs first try that’s always a plus for me. Thank you to all the staff .
The Sonora Quest online appointment process and onsite experience would not be intuitive for newbies. It worked well for me since I've had these tests elsewhere and my doctor had already called in the order to this location because it was so close to my home and they send their patients to lots of Sonora Quest locations. When I scheduled my appointment, it was easy to find and pick a date/time. I couldn't specify the test at this part of the process, but I knew what I was getting and that it was a basic test that everyone can do. They use bar codes to check in, and I don't have a smartphone. I had to print it on paper, and our printer was low on toner so it didn't print well. I ended up rescheduling later, and that was easy too. They weren't too busy, so lots of spots were available on the dates that I chose.
When I checked in, my bar code didn't scan, so I had to wait for the receptionist. She took care of me quickly and immediately found the doctor's order, so I took a seat. I was on time so it was only a 5-minute wait, and the blood draw was handled efficiently and courteously.
The best part is that you get full online access to big, bold visual lab results: green if you passed or red if you didn't. You can click on something (like Glucose) to learn more about it. If you use Sonora Quest more than once, even multiple locations, all your results show up on your handy dashboard. No more squinting at rows of medical terms and trying to interpret whether that number is good or bad. Easy peasy!
