Incredible! This Breath Work experience was amazing. It truly is a journey, not simply to attain specific goals, but as a journey of discovery. During this experience I was able to release long held emotions and negative beliefs, and to glimpse the universe and all its (and my) possibilities. ReNae has a true power to heal. Each session with her I am able to connect deeper to healing energy. She has customized each session using different modalities including yoga nidra, reiki and hypnotherapy. We have done both remote and in person sessions with amazing results.
