  Very quick response for my call for service. Dewayne explained everything he was doing and even though it took him quite a long time as my problem was worse than I thought, he was very knowledgeable and very through.

  Dewayne provide great and immediate service. My hard drive crashed and it would not turn on. Something that normally would take more than 1 day, Dewayne was able to upload a new drive and important apps needed to get my computer working. Immediate great computer technical and customer service in a timely manner. My computer runs great.   Honest, knowledgeable, timely and professional. Those are the words that describe my experience with My Biz Now. I recently had work done on my computer and felt that I had been overcharged, especially when I found out that the system wasn't doing what I needed it to do, even after the person had it for a week and a half and $400 later...so I decided to find out what could be done. I called and left my number and asked for a call back with My Biz Now. I received a call back almost immediately from Dwayne. He remotely reviewed my system on the spot and went over every detail, even doing some cleanup and updates, adding an app for further support and cleanup. Then he went over every aspect of what I could do and even shopped the parts with me online remotely. He took so much time helping me to analyze my system and let me know all my options and which ones he felt would give me the best result for my needs. In the end his ultimate goal was not for his own gain but his new customer's! He did not advise me to upgrade through him, but if at all possible to go another route to accomplish my goals. He is an honest businessman and very knowledgeable and I will definitely bring all my computer needs to My Biz Now from now on!!! Thank you so much Dwayne!

  Dewayne has rescued a couple of my computers now and cleaned up the mess a well known office store made when installing a new hard drive, thank you. He has been very responsive and full of information and advice. I plan to have MyBizNow rebuild and service my website as well as my computers. Great job.

  Duane just finished fixing my computer and he was amazing! There were quite a few issues due to neglect on my part. Duane was very patient with me. He went through the computer very thoroughly and fixed and updated everything inside. I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing, especially considering how much time he spent on my computer. This was all done remotely too, so I didn't have to unplug everything to take it somewhere.
  
  I would strongly recommend MyBizNow to anyone, period!
