Everyone there is very kind. Cindi Franco is straight forward and to the point. Which is what I like. The technician and receptionist are kind personable and professional. I would refer them to family and friends.

I was very happy with everything. The doctor was super nice and informative. The rest of the staff are awesome also too. I loved being able to do the online check-in process so when I arrived all I had to do was sign in. The only thing I would change is all the negative reviews on Google. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the negative reviews, but they are unfounded or isolated.

There are times I wish you had a "walk in clinic" for simple questions about skin care and products advice. Our GP has expanded his practice to include CBD oil distribution. (He actually hired a separate staff and office for this.) It would be nice to have a knowledgeable person to talk to about dermatology.

Dr. Franco is exceptional. She is great with me as a patient and a person. And she is thorough in her exams making sure she does a complete scan while responding to my specific concerns and questions. My previous visit she found two spots which were immediately tested, found to be Basal cell and removed. Her assistant is always very professional and personable. I would recommend Dr. Franco without hesitation.
