And also was good with following up as soon as she found out the information I'm calling back just to make sure. I had an opportunity to go to a different insurance company to pay cheaper but would definitely stay with State farm because they're very good prompts and everything they say they're going to do. I would highly recommend State farm two friends and family. From the time I walked in to the office to the time I left, I was pleasantly surprised. The reviews were spot on! The girls were all very patient and friendly and Fiona was so sweet. She really took the time to listen to every concern and map out the plan to address each issue. She was a wonderful start to my day and I feel like I have found the perfect provider to help me on my health journey. Finally!! “I used the drive thru to pick up a prescription for my daughter. No cars, no line, and they answered their intercom promptly. Technician was very helpful with the questions I asked her and was able to answer them. The only thing that I may suggest for the pharmacy is for them to offer a variety of different flavor additives to put into the medications for children. My daughter likes a certain flavor and it's hard to get her to try new medicine with a flavor she is not used to. Other than that, the customer service I received was great. The pharmacy staff are nothing like the stores staff which don't know their left from their right (San Tan).”

“First time visit for my daughter’s volleyball injury. My daughter was very nervous as a 13yr with a new experience. From the greeting at the front desk to the start of our appointment. What a relief!! Jordie was beyond knowledgeable, informative and put my daughter and my worries at ease. (Can we say Raise?!). “I can’t speak on their pregnancy services as the rest of the people in the reviews are, but Dr.Poku was so amazing for my first annual well woman’s exam!! She made me feel comfortable and the whole experience was very pleasant. My annual exam came with a bloodwork panel and the phlebotomist was very professional and I barely felt the needle!! I work in a medical office and I know how other patients can often put the whole schedule behind and leave people waiting. I showed up for my 8 o’clock appointment and only waited 10 minutes to be called back.”
