“Every one of my experiences here have been great. I randomly tried this place as a backup for when the VA wasn't being helpful and have slowly relied more on them for my issues and less with the VA. Dr Balov is great, very nice and always asking how I'm doing and my family is doing, even though I'm the only who goes there currently. They have fit me in several times same day. All the staff I have encountered have been very polite and helpful. Highly recommend this office.”

“Great experience here. My 2nd grade son ran into something at school and busted up his mouth. His pediatric dentist and my dentist were both closed when it happened on a Friday afternoon. I called Luminous after finding them on Google and they said if I could have him in by 4:30 they could see him. We went in and they stitched him up and set up an appointment for two weeks for x-rays and to set up a plan for his cracked/chipped teeth. The Dr and his staff were so gentle and caring with my son who was having a (obviously) really bad day. Great office, so grateful that they were open and would see him. I didn't want to take him to the ER. Thinking about switching to this office as my normal Dentist office of over 10 years. Way better hours and great staff.”

“I am an older person and I have some bone loss. I thought my only option was to get implants some day. I also had an over bite. I had had braces when I was a teen but because of my gum issues and just getting older I hated the way my teeth looked and hated to smile and show my teeth. Dr. Peterson and his staff treated me great. I was always impressed at the care and concern that he took, Always careful making sure that my bone loss wasn’t getting worse because of the braces. They were always friendly and greeted me when I would come in for my appointments. I love my smile now. When I got my braces off I couldn’t stop looking in my mirror and looking at how great my teeth looked. I couldn’t stop smiling. I would definitely do it again it was so worth it. And I wouldn’t go to any other orthodontist except Peterson Family Orthodontist.”

“The Regional Pain Institute is the best ever. I am from Oregon and we didn’t have to go to pain management Clinics. I was really nervous. The 2 other clinics I went to before I came to Regional Pain Institute was horrible. Was looked down on like a drug seeker. But at Regional Pain Institute I was treated like a person in pain not a drug seeker. Took the time to listen to what I was saying and explained to me what was going on and my options. They were polite and concerned about how/what my pain level was. ALL the staff has ALWAYS been understanding and compassionate. Dr Yelavarthi is who I see and in my book he is the greatest. “This office is awesome very clean greeted at the front desk with a big welcoming smile. Escorted to the back where I was seated in a messaging chair. The dental assistant was kind and very gentle when taking X-rays and she clearly explained what the treatment would be for the day. The hygienist was kind and very gentle! The dentist was awesome he fixed my broken tooth and made excellent suggestions on how to keep my smile and gums healthy. I would recommend this place to my closest family and friends!!!”

She did an amazing job making sure my paperwork was in order. Gia did a very thorough job examining my teeth and reviewing what I was doing right and what areas needed a little more attention. Dr. Thomas is so patient and kind. He explains everything that he is doing and takes his time getting to know his clients. “Dr. Jeff really knows his stuff and cares about his patients. Will do x rays if necessary to really see the root of the problem so he knows what he's dealing with and how to treat his patients and help you feel better. He has not only helped my back issues but also my "frozen shoulder" that after seeing a very good ortho and having x rays/MRI and a steroid injection done - it felt the best after Dr. Jeff worked on it. Wish I would have known that before I jumped thru many hoops at ortho. He has helped my husband with many pain and joint issues as well. Also, my kids as needed. You get in and out at your appt but it's always quality time and thorough. I don't go as much as I should due to work, life ect but when I go, I ALWAYS leave feeling like a million bucks. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jeff for anyone needing quality chiropractic care. A++ Staff is amazing also. Thank you!”

I move in here 8 years ago and was lucky enough to get a 4 bed 2 bath den and desperate dinning room. Two car garage for lease of $900/mo. Great timing and great community. Walker Butte is a good grade school but there are no good high schools in the area.”

“Very nice staff, very quick in and out. I got the 24-48 hour test, easy nasal swab. Make sure you go online first to the website to register! Takes 5 minutes. After that, just go to the high school parking lot, get in line and you’re out before you know it. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. All staff was wearing masks. COVID testing is free except for rapid testing. Also! They do free antibody testing with a recent negative test. Great place!!”
