The staff here is super friendly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the hygienist who I worked with (#TeamTiffany) is amazing! She was very knowledgeable, very understanding of my fear of her and her tools, and took the time to make me feel comfortable with the procedures. “I've been going to this gym for a couple of months now and I'm impressed with the equipment and how clean it is. However the thing that I'm most impressed with is my trainer Katrina "Kat". Her ability is just amazing. The results that I've gotten with her as my trainer are.... simply amazing. For example in 6 weeks my bicepts went from 14" to 17"!!!! I'm 64 years old and just today I inclined pressed 135lbs 12 reps, 3 sets. All this in just a couple of months. I've been working out off and on for 30 years and had multiple trainers and Kat is, by far the best!!! If you are looking for a gym with a world class trainer, this is it. All I can say is LA Fitness should do whatever it takes to keep Kat as a trainer there. For me and other clients, Kat makes LA Fitness a world class gym.”
