“I walked, no, limped in the building with 30 covered visits. I was miserable. I thought at 62 that my quality of life was shot out. I hurt everywhere. Couldnt even finish my house work. Two slipped disks, bulging disks, two torn labrums on my hip, fibromyalgia and auto-immune issues. These people know what they are doing. They read your chart, pay attention to your concerns and guide you slowly into strengthening your core and, thus, improving your quality of life.
