“I have been an client here for 6 months+ and I have found both Ed And Kathy to be very reasonable. I have had scheduling conflicts that we were able to resolve so long as I was honest, up front, and non-habitual. They have effectively created an open and friendly environment in the groups that have honestly exceeded my expectations. Given the nature of these classes you cannot help but come in with stigma's and preconceived notions that while they never directly address; they have a way of quelling those concerns through their lack of judgement and coming from a place of wanting what is best for everyone I have witnessed them interact with. I have seen clients come in voluntarily [read: not court mandated] and they are treated exactly the same as those of us that are required to be there (which is intended as a compliment). Would I recommend Pathway Counselling to a friend, absolutely, it has that more privately owned feel that makes things feel more personal and less cooperate "checking the box" which I have heard is quite common in this relatively niche market. We all stumble on our path of life (some more than others) and I feel as though everyone is welcome here. It's is ok to make mistakes so long as you're willing to "clean up your own mess" and comply with what the court mandates you will be fine. I sincerely hope my review has helped you to make an informed decision in your voluntary or mandated mental health needs.”
