“I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit at Sonoran ENT, Oro valley. I was a new patient and appointment times with other ENT facilities were booked out 3 months. I called Sonoran and was able to get an appointment in 2 days! I had a severe water blockage in one ear. The office had all my insurance information ready when I arrived and even told me what was left on my deductible. The NP was very nice. she did an examination and determined I needed a thorough cleaning as I have narrow ear channels. After about 20 minutes I could feel the difference in my hearing. I was prepared for a long drawn out process to get my ears looked at but they were able to resolve my issue in just 2 days. Facility is very clean and the front desk personnel are nice.”
