“My 12 year old Dachshund, Katie, had a relapse of straining her back after 8 years, which resulted in her losing function in her back legs. After a trip to the Emergency Vet, I just didn’t want to put her through surgery. Well they recommended Chiropractic, Accu-Pressure and Cold Laser Therapy, which was what I did for Katie when she was 4. So I searched and found Dr. Meier. I reached out and she immediately responded and was able to see Katie the next day. Dr. Meier was very kind and helpful. During Katie’s first appointment, I could actually feel Katie’s tension in her body relax as Dr. Meier treated her. It was one of the first times in 12 years, that Katie actually slept in the car on the way home. Katie has now had 3 treatments with Dr. Meier and I’m happy to report she’s up on all 4’s and slowly using all of her legs. She is still extremely wobbly on her feet, but everyday I’m seeing her get more and more mobile and my girls character is coming back. I cannot thank Dr. Meier enough, I will be continuing Katie’s Chiropractic care with Dr. Meier even after Katie’s protocol for care is over to maintain her care and comfort.
